1) OUR CONTRACT

These terms and conditions relate to the supply of goods supplied by Shaws Motorsport Ltd. ("we"and "us") to the customer. These terms and conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto. Our acceptance of your order by delivery of the goods constitutes a legally binding contract between us, on these terms and conditions

2) PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price and payment for the goods you order is that displayed on our website at the time of placing your order, plus any charges for postage and packaging as displayed on our order form at time of checkout. All prices on Shaws Motorsport website are shown excluding VAT at 17.5%. All orders to the U.K. and European Union are subject to VAT charges.

3) DELIVERY AND TITLE

The goods we deliver will be those displayed on your order. U.K. delivery is normally within 2-3 working days. International orders are generally delivered in 5-10 working days. All goods are dispatched by Royal Mail first class or courier(for larger packages) in the UK and by airmail for overseas unless otherwise stated by ourselves, should any other postage method be required it is upto you to request it and an extra postage fee will be charged. Upon despatch of your order, the title in goods will pass to you. In the unlikely event that you have not received the goods within 5 days of the dispatch date, you must notify us immediately.

4) AVAILIBILTY

In the unlikely event that we do not have the goods you have ordered instock you will be notified immediately and if we are unble to source the item you will be refunded in full. On occassions items not in stock are dispatched to you on our instruction direct from the manufacturer no information is shared with the manufacturer other than the address for the sole purpose of postage.

5) CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 7 days of the date of order, this notice may be given by phone, e-mail or post at our business address as displayed on our home page. On cancellation, for whatever reason, you must return the goods to us at your cost, the goods must be unused and in the original, undamaged packing. If the goods are being returned because they are faulty we will meet the cost of the return by a carrier stated by us. A 15% handling charge will be levied for returns of incorrectly ordered goods, the cost of the return of goods shall be at your cost, and upon receipt of the returned goods to our address, the calculated refund less the handling charge will be issued to the originating credit/debit card holder.
